Scaffolding at Sovereign Construction – Wellington Gate
In Tunbridge Wells, our dedicated team recently erected a challenging scaffold for a new client. Despite access issues to the building’s rear, the team at Leda Scaffolding were able to deliver on time whilst maintaining high levels of workmanship, for which we pride ourselves on.
Facing access challenges:
The main hurdle was limited access to the rear of the building where the scaffolding was required. To overcome this, the team were able to carefully manoeuvre our Moffett forklift through tight spots in order to deliver materials to the correct locations efficiently. This approach minimised disruption and meant the project was able to keep to its original deadline for completion.
Adaptability in action:
Throughout the project, flexibility was paramount. The operatives adapted to uneven terrain and overcame the limited space. They worked closely with the client and other site staff to address any concerns promptly. In turn this meant we were able to assist with other areas of the site that needed access which were not discussed during the initial pre-start meetings. This truly highlights the team’s ability to be flexible and adaptable at all stages of a project.
Delivering excellence:
Despite the challenges, the project was completed on time and exceeded the client’s expectations. Our scaffolding team on-site during the erection and dismantling deserve the utmost praise for their dedication to providing a professional service and quality workmanship throughout.
Conclusion:
The recent scaffolding project in Tunbridge Wells highlights our team’s ability to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results. Through collaboration, innovation, and hard work, we were able to turn challenges into triumphs.
