Training and Development at Leda
At Leda Scaffolding Ltd, we understand that the training and development of the staff who work for us is of utmost importance.
Our staff are trained and qualified, or are working towards the qualification necessary, for the role that they undertake. This applies to all staff – site operatives, yardmen and office staff. Everybody’s role is unique and important and that is why Leda Scaffolding Ltd think regular training is vital.
We ensure that our site operatives hold relevant skills cards to support the role they do. This can vary from holding a CSCS labourers card all the way through to holding a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card. As well as recognised qualifications, our staff also undertake regular training in the form of ‘Toolbox talks’; these are in-house opportunities spotted by our highly skilled Site Supervisors, Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure that all of our staff are kept up-to-date with relevant skills and knowledge for their role.
Our staff are all part of a training and development plan so that we can provide them with the necessary training suited to their role. Our staff attend courses accredited by CITB and work hard to gain their necessary qualifications. We have a long-standing commitment to ensuring our staff are trained to the best of their ability so that we can continue to provide excellent service to our clients.
