Syntheto – Burgess Hill (June 2025)
This month, we were on site to support a valued contractor as they took their first steps into commercial development, moving from residential schemes into a new-build timber frame project. It was a privilege to play a role in this milestone.
Ahead of the scaffold works, we coordinated a large site delivery, ensuring our operatives had materials in stillages ready to work from. Once the timber frame was constructed and the roofing phase commenced, we adapted the first lift using 2-board brackets and by pulling back the adjustable transoms. This provided the flexibility needed to keep the project progressing efficiently and safely.
We’re proud to be part of this important project for a long-standing client and look forward to seeing it progress in the months ahead.

Canham Homes – Lamberhurst (May 2025)
We’re excited to announce the start of a brand-new site in West Kent, where we’re providing scaffolding for the construction of 26 traditionally built homes. This development, known as Orchard Downs, is being delivered by Canham Homes.
Each home at Orchard Downs is uniquely designed, yet all share Canham Homes’ hallmark attention to detail, reflecting the housebuilder’s legacy built on 50 years of trusted construction.
Our scaffolding team is supporting the development from the ground up, providing safe and efficient access solutions to help keep the build progressing smoothly. With a strong partnership already established with the contractor, we’re proud to be contributing to another significant project and look forward to seeing the site take shape over the coming months.

Crown Leadworks – Oxon Hoath (April 2025)
April 2025 saw the start of one of our largest domestic projects in recent history, a job we invested a great deal of time and effort into before securing.
The process began with initial meetings between us and the main contractor to discuss requirements, which included a full temporary roof covering the entire building as it was being re-roofed, along with timeframes and start dates. Once these were agreed, we worked closely with the scaffold engineer on the drawings, followed by a detailed design meeting at the engineer’s office.
Our initial quotation was submitted subject to receipt of the drawings. Once these were finalised, we provided our best and final price. After this, we attended an in-person meeting with the homeowner to go through the finer details of the project and to present why we should be the preferred contractor.
Fast forward to 1st April; drawings received, orders signed, and scaffolding underway. This project represents a significant milestone for us, and we’re excited to see it progress.

Elsworth Projects – Wadhurst (March 2025)
The end of the first quarter saw us begin work on a new build timber frame unit for a new customer who came to us through a recommendation.
From the very first phone call, we took the time to understand the client’s requirements, reassure them of our high standards, and ensure we could deliver exactly what they needed.
Following these discussions, we submitted a tender fully aligned with their specification. Once the project was secured, we arranged a pre-start meeting between the site manager and our Contracts Manager, to agree on a start date and review any required adaptations in advance. This approach ensured the scaffolding phase could begin smoothly and run with complete efficiency.
It was a pleasure to work with this new client, and we look forward to building a strong working relationship on future projects.

Rooftech – Southall (February 2025)
February saw us complete another project for a company we work closely with across many counties in the South of England. This one was particularly memorable, marking the final phase of works we’ve been involved in over the past six months.
Earlier phases included independent scaffolding, edge protection handrail, and fall arrest netting to the warehouses behind. This final phase, an internal birdcage scaffold providing safe access for the replacement of the steel atrium, brought the project to a successful conclusion. Once again delivered seamlessly in collaboration with Rooftech.
It’s always satisfying to see a multi-phase project through to completion, and this one stands as a testament to the strong working relationships and trust we’ve built with our regular clients.

Crest Nicholson Aftercare – Farnham (January 2025)
We started the new year with a substantial project in the very first week back, a great way to set the tone for 2025. The work involved installing two temporary roofs over flat roofs, allowing essential inspections and gutter replacements to take place without interruption from the winter weather.
The site was a considerable distance from our base, but our operatives rose to the challenge, showing outstanding dedication and professionalism from start to finish. Their hard work and commitment ensured the job was completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
A strong start to the year and a great example of the teamwork and drive we bring to every project.

Beba Energy – Ashford (December 2024)
In December we completed the first phase of a two-part project for a solar PV company we regularly work with across the southern counties and beyond. This stage involved providing independent scaffolding to two elevations of the unit, along with on-roof handrail, ensuring safe access for the installation team.
Working closely with both the main contractor and the client, we carefully planned the works to meet their budget while delivering on time. The result was a secure, practical scaffold solution that supported the smooth and efficient progress of the project.
Phase 2 is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to building on this successful start.

Pomona Estates – Tonbridge (December 2024)
We were pleased to work once again with a contracts manager we have partnered with on multiple projects, this time supporting their new company on a high-profile project in Tonbridge. The main contractor was converting office units into domestic spaces, including creating a new room in the roof, raising the roof eaves, and installing dormer windows.
To protect the building while the roof was exposed, we installed a temporary roof. This provided a secure, weatherproof solution throughout the works, allowing construction to progress safely and efficiently without delays.
It was another great example of collaboration and problem-solving, delivering a practical scaffold solution that safeguarded the project and kept everything on track.

Perfect Homes – Chatham (November 2024)
We were pleased to return to work with a valued client, this time supporting the construction of a new-build extension to a school block, alongside a single-storey new-build structure. Both were designed with robust steel frame construction, requiring our scaffolding expertise once the steelwork was complete.
To adapt to the build’s needs, we installed 2-board bracket adaptions with adjustable transoms, allowing the scaffold to follow the progressive brickwork as the external envelope took shape across the elevations. This ensured safe, continuous access for the bricklaying teams while maintaining efficiency and flexibility throughout the build.
Another successful collaboration with a trusted client, and a great example of how thoughtful scaffold design supports high-quality construction from the ground up.

Landseair Developments – Edenbridge (October 2024)
In October 2024, we teamed up with a new client to complete an exciting scaffolding project. The job came with its fair share of challenges, including tricky access to the property and a tight turnaround, but our team rose to the occasion.
Careful planning and efficient execution were key. We worked closely with the client to ensure the scaffolding was erected efficiently and safely, providing a full working platform to the roof eaves and flat roof, along with a temporary roof structure, all while respecting the property and gardens. Access was particularly challenging, as the only way in was down a narrow driveway and through a gated entrance that could only accommodate the Moffit forklift in crabbing mode.
Just as importantly, we made sure to meet a very special deadline: dismantling the scaffolding before Christmas. This allowed the homeowner to welcome her family and host the festive season without any obstructions, a result we were proud to deliver.
It was a great example of teamwork, problem-solving, and our commitment to meeting our clients’ needs. Here’s to more successful collaborations in the future!

Grove Construction London Ltd – Preece House (September 2024)
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Grove Construction London Ltd on an exciting project that involves converting commercial units into vibrant residential spaces. This collaboration marks the beginning of a strong relationship with Grove Construction, whose vision for sustainable urban living aligns perfectly with our expertise in innovative construction solutions.
What makes this project particularly challenging is the complexity of the scaffolding contracts. Unlike standard scaffolding jobs, this one requires a highly customised design to accommodate the temporary roof structure, cantilevered east elevation & custom loading bay.
Our skilled team is already hard at work, meticulously planning and erecting the scaffolding to the highest standards to ensure both safety and efficiency throughout the construction process.
Stay tuned for more updates as we progress through this exciting project!
